SERVOTECH EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROLLER (SEEC I)
Controls dosing of UREA / HC / FBC with data logging, OBD, Back Pressure / Temperature monitor for any of the following systems:
- SCR and FBC.
- SCR and DPF Active Re-gen.
- SCR and Electrically Heated / Re-gen.
- FBC and DPF Active Re-gen.
- FBC and Electronically Controlled Bypass Valve.
- DPF Active Re-genand Electronically Controlled Bypass Valve.
- One Injector and any Controlling Actuator Hardware.
- Two Controlling Actuator Hardware .
SEEC1 has 5 analog inputs (0 to 5 V) such as Engine Load, Engine Speed, SCR / Exhaust Temperature, Back Pressure, DPF Temperature, Fuel Level Sensor, any other controlling inputS.It provides total of three outputs, two output drivers (injector / actuators) and one OBD / LED monitoring.
The current ServoTech control strategy / software in SEEC1 is designed to work with both OEM and retrofit products. The software handles both open / close loop control strategy such as a NOx sensor in the loop. In OEM application, the required inputs can be provided by the existing on board sensors (Load, RPM,..). In retrofit applications, the software is capable of controlling SCR or DPF with minimum of two inputs such as temperature or back pressure. Depending on the NOx / Particulate reduction requirements, software can operate with up to 5 inputs. Any customized software designed by the client to accommodate a specific program is acceptable.
SEECI has an On-Board Live memroy for real-time data logging which enables the application to record the paramters and sensor readings in real-time. All the memory content can later be uploaded into an Excell file via the GUI. SEECI also has a Real Time Clock (RTC) to stamp the time in the data logging process.
