1. Commercial Director for Development and Operation of Pendaran Flight Simulator for Lean Enterprise (PFS-LE)
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must have experience in Pendaran’s Flight Simulator for Lean Enterprises, PFS-LE: Experience in starting the simulator in a multi user mode, detect and record users’ mistakes and communicate (real time) with other instructors, create appropriate interventions in the simulator to increase complexity level commensurate with students’ progress.
- Candidate must have demonstrated understanding of PFS-LE principles. Ability to graphically depict real-life aspects of PFS-LE and apply those aspects to other industries. Knowledge of a broad range of industries required to transfer concepts. Ability to expand the one-to-one nature of simulators to apply to broad members of a complex system.
- Proficient in Lean Tools and Processes – Working knowledge of (including but not limited to): A3, value stream mapping, systems thinking, 5s, 5whys, theory of constraints, error proofing. Demonstrated knowledge of and application of the tools in real-world setting.
- MASTER’S DEGREE in Industrial Design or Graphics.
- Minimum 2 years as an art director or equivalent.

2. Quality and Warranty Engineer(CLOSED)
Job Summery:
Perform automotive warranty data analysis to determine warranty claims scope, costs, reliability, failures trends, and related quality metrics.
Job consists of regularly updating standard analyses reports (60%) as well as advanced studies of warranty analysis and database management (40%). Specific tasks include:
Understand and help define engineering requests for warranty data analysis and determine optimal strategies to deliver the requested data
Perform effective data mining to retrieve warranty data, correctly analyze the data to efficiently achieve the objectives, and draw the appropriate conclusions from the analyses.

Position Description:
Body Structure Design Engineer responsible for material cost reduction (MCR). This individual will be a member of a cross functional MCR Team located in Louisville, Kentucky in our Kentucky Truck Assembly Plant. Engineer will be on travel basis on expense account. Electronics Engineer needed to plan and develop applications and modifications for electronic properties used in components, products, and systems, to improve technical performance. Design electronic circuits, components and integrated systems, utilizing ferroelectric, nonlinear, and thermoelectric properties of materials for an automotive engineering firm. Designs test control apparatus and equipment, determines procedures for testing products and directs engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment. Job Description:
