ServoTech offers DPF regeneration via Electrically Heated Exhaust gas that elevates the gas temperature to about 600 deg C igniting the soot loaded on the DPF. Depending on the engine size and application and PM reduction requirements, this system is capable of a complete regeneration. The control logic is designed to regenerate the DPF in both On/Off cycle operation and guarantees a robust restart and safe operation. Electrical power requirements are some of the design parameters for DPFs with various precious metals loading for optimum cost savings including 0 loading.
