May, 2009 - The new ServoTech data logger is a customizable data acquisition tool specifically designed for industrial applications (on-road, off-road, stationary) requiring defined features to fit the customer’s environment and demands. One of these features is the ability to accept different types of sensors such as temperature, pressure, and NOX.

The customer has the ability to specify the number of input channels, conditional data-logging features triggered by an outside signal (event or time based), and recording time interval. With the ServoTech data logger the user can log time-stamped data second-by-second continuously for up to 220 hours using the on-board flash memory, and for an unlimited time directly to a portable PC.

The ServoTech Data logger comes with a special LCD to display certain data, e.g., various sensor outputs, J1939, digital inputs or other data types required by the user. By connecting this data logger to a PC (through standard USB, RS232, or RS485 interface), the user can acquire real-time analog and/or digital data, and write this data to the PC hard disk.

9- Execute Contract to Demonstrate NOx and PM Emissions Control on Construction Equipment Diesel-powered construction equipment emit significant amounts of NOx and PM into the South Coast Air Basin. The AQMD has supported programs to accelerate the verification of after treatment control technologies for off-road diesel vehicles. Control technologies such as selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology combined with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) have been shown to reduce NOx and PM emissions from on-road vehicles and are being demonstrated on off-road vehicles. This action is to execute a contract with ServoTech Engineering to design, install, quantify emissions of, and further demonstrate an SCR and DPF control system on at least three heavy-duty construction equipment engines.

May 17, 2006 - Ultra Durable Exhaust Back Pressure & Temperature Monitoring System: ServoTech Engineering has launched the development of a low cost Ultra Durable Exhaust Back Pressure & Temperature monitoring and data logging with the option of controlling a bypass valve. Prototypes will be available in early July 06.
