SOBRICON III SCR controller is designed to control the reductant dosing systems that provides an accurate control of dosing systems of UREA into the exhaust of diesel engines for NOx reduction application. SOBRICON III SCR, a reductant injection system controller, is designed to drive the metering pump/valve with a variable pulse width or Frequency signal to deliver the required mass flow to the SCR catalysts systems.
SOBRICON III SCR operates the dosing unit based on only three inputs namely (1) Exhaust Gas Temperature, (2) SCR Catalyst Temperature and (3) Engine Speed / Intake Manifold Pressure / Mass Air Flow Sensor / or other (0 to 5 V) input. The controller outputs a variable Pulse-width/Frequency signal. SOBRICON III SCR permits the user to permanently communicate with via a comprehensive, user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI).
